SAM STRYKOWSKI         

Paul commenced Pitfield & Associates in California, USA in January, 1999.  Paul is an expatriate Australian who has become a specialist in vertical transportation consulting engineering.

Paul provides QEI inspection services and is an expert witness to the legal profession.

Paul travels extensively and has developed a large client base across the USA.

Noel began in the industry at EPL (now Kone), reaching management level in many departments, moving to WorkCover in 1988 as a Lift Inspector. In 2003 Noel joined Otis as National Risk Manager and has served as a member of Australian Standards Committee for many years.

Noel is a specialist OH&S, Code and Hazard and Risk experience and is well known in the industry.

Sam began his career in the lift industry with EPL (now Kone) as a construction electrician.  He became somewhat of a pioneer in the industry in the '70's when he established one of the first independent lift companies in Sydney.

His 'hands on' experience encompassed most types of lifts from drum type service lifts though traction geared and gearless lifts to the modern VVVF drive MRL's.

Sam is an active member of the Lift Engineering Society of Australia (NSW Division), serving a term as President and currently holds the office of Historian.

Sam has been involved with lifts since the '60's and is also well respected in the industry.
