MODERNISATIONS AND ALTERATIONS    

                In depth review of installation, develop design options for levels of modernization, including                 estimates

            Develop scopes of work and detailed technical specification for contract bidding

            Call bids or negotiate direct – review bids and give recommendations

            Prepare contract bidding specification documents and construction scheduling

            Provide full Project Management for the project

              Review contractor’s submittals for approval

           Process contractor’s monthly progress payment requests

            Progressive acceptance testing of contractors completed work

            Monitor maintenance during the warranty period
